Annual Convention Registration Rules

Registration Hints and Help       

1.AKA Members who have current on-record profiles: you will find it helpful and save time by entering your email address and lookup your record. The registration record will be propagated with your information automatically from our member data base.
2.Be certain your selections are correct. Once you select "Checkout" you are not allowed to make item or category changes to your purchasing cart. All changes must be handled by a Convention Committee member at a later time.
3.If you do not have a PayPal account we encourage you to make your selections, verify your total, checkout, and select "Register-via-Check" for your payment. This is much faster and your Fish-Sale-Room-Number will be secured faster. PayPal will require you to setup a PayPal account for a transaction taking significant time...
4.Your registration form is automatically calculated and updated evry time you make a change. You can increase and decrease your selection quantities as much as you want until you checkout. You may use either the up/down arrows (browser dependant) or directly enter your selections into the quantity fields.
5.All fields with a quantity of zero or are blank, are ignored from the totals and checkout cart...
6.If you are an AKA member and your profile can not be found, manually enter your information. Many members have not kept up-to-date their email addresses which is critical in our communication to you. If you are one of these individuals you can updae your AKA member contact information at a later time...

Registration Rules       

1.You may only register for one individual or one family, per email address, one Fish-Sale-Room-Number is issued per registration...
2.Your registration date/time is judged once you select "Checkout" and your "Fish-Sale-Room-Number" is secured is solely based on this time...
3.Mail in Registrations-- Defined as: All registrations without website entry are entered manually at time of receipt, by Convention Committee. Note: The time of entry is used to determine your Fish-Sale-Room-Number.
4.Changes in your registration may only be made by contacting the AKA Convention Committee either before or during the Convention. your Fish-Sale-Room-Number will remain unchanged...
5.Your Fish-Sale-Room-Number order is set once you select a payment type from on-line registraton; however, you have 10 days to mail your check. Payments postmarked after 10 days vacates your Fish-Sale-Room-Number, a new Fish-Sale-Room-Number will be issued in late payment situations at the sole discretion of the AKA Convention Committee.
6.If you select Payment-via-Check you must include a print out of your screen with your mailed check so we can match your records.
